Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide through Australia Post.
Can I return?
We want you to love your Penn Shoes. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return, just get in touch with us on our contact page, and we can go from there. We even exchange and return during sale time.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in original packaging.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes, you can exchange the size, please get in contact with us on our contact page and we will start the exchange process.
Few things to note are:
- Return postage for an exchange is at the customer’s expense.
- Penn will cover the cost of shipping the replacement pair back to you.
What if I can't find my size?
If your size is sold our please send us a message at info@pennshoes.com.au or fill out the form on our contact page, and we will do our best to let you know of when they may be back in stock.
