Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide through Sendle and Australia Post.
Can I return?
We want you to love your Penn Shoes. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in original packaging.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange the size?
Return postage for an exchange is at the customer’s expense.
Penn will cover the cost of shipping the replacement pair back to you.
What if I can't find my size?
If your size is sold our please message info@pennshoes.com.au For now we are making small meaningful batches.
